Membership Information
HHC offers two different types of memberships: Regular Voting Membership Available to non-provider employers with 100+ employees. Membership dues are $2 per year per full time employee with a minimum of $200 per year and a maximum of $3000 per year. Associate Membership (non-voting/participatory) Available to small employers with 3-99 employees and providers with 3 or more employees. Membership dues are $1 per year full time employee with a minimum of $100 per year and a maximum of $2,000 per year.
